10. Take your Prenatal Vitamin when you are not as nauseated.
9. If the vitamin tablet is making you sick, take a prenatal gummy.
8. Eat some Saltine Crackers before you even get out of bed. Put something on your empty stomach.
7. Try sipping on some ginger ale.
6. If you are getting dehydrated, try sipping on some Gatorade or Powerade to rehydrate yourself. Coconut water could be good too!
5. If you are getting faint and lightheaded from vomiting. You might need to call your OB and they can prescribe you some medication.
4. Tummy Drops are great. My favorite is Peppermint or Ginger/Pineapple.
3. Nausea Sweet by Pink Stork are awesome, they even have some B6 in them that can help.
2. Vitamin B6 and over the counter antihistamine Unisom taken at bedtime can help. Don’t take more than 100 mg of Vitamin B6 a day. Check it’s in some Prenatal vitamins too.
